DP World Australia Successfully Utilizes Automated Testing to Expedite N4 Upgrades at Three Sites

The three terminals, Sydney, Fremantle and Melbourne, utilized automated testing to complete three Navis N4 terminal operating system (TOS) upgrades in rapid succession, further standardizing and centralizing DP World Australia’s technology platform.

Navis Expands Global Footprint in China as Da Chan Bay Terminal One Goes Live with N4

DCB is one of the most recent container terminals built in Shenzhen to handle the largest carriers at the highest productivity and efficiency levels. Due to the successful partnership between the DCB and Navis implementation teams, future implementations at other Modern Terminals’ sites will have a proven template to achieve go-live success. Modern Terminals’ larger, second site in Hong Kong is scheduled to go-live with N4 in mid-2014.

DP World Australia Completes Next Phase of TOS Standardization & Centralization with Navis N4 Go-Live in Melbourne

Navis, the global technology standard for managing the movement of cargo through terminals, today announced that DP World Australia has reached a major milestone, completing Navis N4 terminal operating system (TOS) upgrades on three of four planned DP World sites.  DP World Sydney, DP World Fremantle and, now, DP World Melbourne have concluded essential TOS implementations and are fully operational, forming the foundation needed for the company’s centralized and standardized technology approach for its terminals.

Peel Ports Group to Implement Navis N4

Peel Ports Group will begin to implement Navis’ N4 terminal operating system (TOS). N4 will allow Peel Ports to streamline operations and align the customer experience across eight terminal sites located in the UK and Ireland. Peel Ports is the second largest port group in the UK, handling 65 million tons of cargo and 26,000 vessel moves per year.

Long Beach Container Terminal’s Pier F Successfully Goes Live with N4

Joint Media Statement: Maher Terminals and Navis

The implementation of the new operating systems at Maher's Elizabeth, NJ facility has turned the corner, as service has retruned to acceptable levels during the past several weeks, albeit at reduced volume.   Barring any unforeseen circumstances, this steady progress has now put the terminal in a position to handle all of its business and transition to normalized operations.
